In today’s world, people have the capability to steal things and be really good at hiding them in various parts of their body. Because of this creative trickery, law enforcement and other professionals now have to resort to strip searching in order to find the stolen goods. But with any kind of searching, there is bound to be some controversy, especially where strip searches are concerned. Typically, the regular person just can’t go up to any random individual and take off their clothes and perform a cavity search. Our bodies are our personal property and there are certain rights that have to be respected. Otherwise, the person performing the strip search is breaking the law and could have a lawsuit waiting for them.
