Colombia authorities responding to reports of plane crash with 81 people onboard
Colombian authorities have mentioned that they are responding a new plane crash with 81 people up to speed.
A plane carrying people in Brazil’s Chapecoense Real football team crashed late on monday near the Colombian associated with Medellin, officials said.
“Confirmed, the aircraft license number CP2933 was carrying the team @ChapecoenseReal. Apparently there are survivors,” the Jose Maria Cordova de Rionegro airport, which serves Medellin, said on its Twitter narrative.
According to local news LAMIA Airlines flight RJ85, which was carrying 72 passengers and 9 crew, reported a serious event mid-flight before disappearing.
